In front of the Château de Versailles, go and discover the Royal Stables, which date back to the 17th century. You will find there the Small stable used for driving horses, and the Large stable which was used among other things as a place for horse races so dear to the king! As the Academy of Equestrian Entertainment, it trains the future great riders while raising their awareness of arts such as fencing or dance and thus offering you wonderful shows.

REPERTORY SHOW LA VOIE DE L'ÉCUYER - OPUS 2019

A classic rigour, tempered with baroque touches.

The repertory show of the Académie équestre de Versailles evolves year after year: Carrousel des Lusitaniens, solos, fencing, long reins... Each opus is enriched by the perfection of the horses and their riders.

Each performance is followed by a free visit of the Stables.

You can attend the show every Saturday at 6pm and Sunday at 3pm, from Saturday February 16th to Sunday June 30th; then Saturdays at 6pm and Sunday at 5pm until August 18th.

Behind the scenes of the Académie équestre de Versailles: During your 1h15 visit with a guide, discover all the secrets of the Grande Écurie from yesterday to today. You can meet the show horses, walk through the workspaces and admire the Manège.
